PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 - 4 business days after payment confirmation. Email confirmation will be sent detailing the tracking reference once your product has been shipped.
**Please Note: The time it takes to receive items includes Processing + Shipping Transit time. For example, choosing a 24HRS shipping service does not mean you will receive your order 24 hours after you placed your order.**
UNDELIVERED ORDER RETURNED BY THE SHIPPING COMPANY
If for any reason your item is not delivered (i.e., due to an invalid address provided) and is returned back to us by the shipping company, you will be issued a STORE CREDIT for the purchase price of the item(s) (minus shipping cost, where we have paid the shipping). So, please carefully check that your shipping address is correct. You will be required to cover the cost of shipping, if you request your product to be reshipped.
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
All shipping are processed, verified, and shipped within 2 - 4 business days. Once your order has been shipped, the delivery estimated time will depend on the selected shipping method at checkout.
UK orders:
24HRS tracked service delivery is estimated between 1 - 2 business days
48HRS tracked service is estimated between 2 - 3 business days
**International orders may be subject to the country of destination's custom regulations, which could may cause a delay to the delivery time.**
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has been shipped, a confirmation email which will include your tracking reference will be sent, so that you can track the progress of your shipment.
