Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

Customers must contact us to initiate return via email within 7 calendar days from delivery date.

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) calender days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Returns must be received by FASHIONBYESTHER within 14 calendar days of your order delivery date. Returns received outside of the 14 calendar days window will be rejected.

Where we (FASHIONBYESTHER) accept your return, the shipping cost will not be reimbursed.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@fashionbyesther.co.uk and include your order numberfull name and reason for return, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, add RMA number, order number, name and address and reason for return, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use trackable method to mail your return. For UK customers, we prefer that you use ROYAL MAIL service for your returns.

We will not be responsible for returns whilst in transit to us and not received by us (FASHIONBYESTHER) at the return address stipulated.

SALE ITEMS:

Items on 50% or more OFF are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a refund.

OUTLET ITEMS:

By making a purchase from our Outlet collection, you acknowledge and agree to the following condition regarding returns:

  • Outlet items are not eligible for refunds, as they are FINAL SALE.
  • Exchange for another outlet product will be allowed, however, customer will be responsible for postage.
  • Returned items must still adhere to our main return policy, where products is returned in the original condition as received. Meaning it must have the label and hangtag intact, no stain, any smell (please see beloe for more information.)
  • Where you have returned outlet items to us, customers will be responsible for the postage costs associated with returning products to us (FASHIONBYESTHER).
  • Please ensure that the return package is adequately insured and traceable, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return, we will confirm its receipt via email and proceed to inspect the items. If they meet our return policy, we will initiate a refund using the original payment method within 10 - 14 business days. Please be aware that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear in your account. If there are any issues with the return, we will email you with the details. You will receive an email notification once the return process is completed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

  •     Gift Card
  •     Underwear
  •     products sold in our Outlet or Clearance collections
  •     Bodysuits
  •     Garments without hangtag and all original packaging
  •     Garments with stains and any odours
  •     Used and washed Garment 
  •     Garments due to wear and tear
  •     Jewellery 

Before sending out orders, we will inspect all product for defects and we will not dispatch defective products to you. Therefore, we will not accept products not returned in the same condition as dispatched to you.

Please Note:

  •        Customers must ensure they pay correct postage to return item back to us. We would advise customers to post return using a tracked postal service (preferably Royal Mail for customers in the UK). We will not be responsible for returns not received by us.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you decide to return an item, the original shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances, regardless of the reason for the return.

  • Garments must be returned in its original packaging and must include all original hangtag and label

  •        Garments must be in saleable condition (i.e., unworn, unwashed, hang tags and label)
  •        Garments must not have any stain or domestic odours (such as perfume or smell of food etc.)
  •         For hygiene purpose, jewellery, bodysuit and underwear cannot be returned

Where your return has not met our return criteria, we will reject your return and not process a refund. We will send you an email detailing the reason for the rejection and we will send the product back to you in the same condition you returned to us at your cost to you.
