Return Policy

At FASHIONBYESTHER, we are committed to providing you with quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please carefully read our return policy to ensure a smooth return process:


1. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  1. Clean and Stain-Free:
    • Items must be free of any stains, including domestic stains, tanning stains, or makeup (including transfer marks from trying on garments).
  2. No Scent Transfer:
    • Products must not carry the scent of perfume, body spray, or body odour. Any scent transferred from trying on the item will render it unreturnable.
  3. Original Labels & Tags:
    • Products must be returned with all original labels and hang tags fully intact.
  4. Unworn & Unwashed:
    • Items must not be worn, washed, or tampered with in any way.
  5. Timely Return:
    • Notify us of your return within 7 calendar days from the delivery date by emailing info@fashionbyesther.co.uk (include your order number, name used on order or address), and return the item within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items received outside of the 14 calendar days window will be rejected and returned to you at cost.

2. How to Return

To return your item, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    • Email info@fashionbyesther.co.uk to initiate your return request.
  2. Receive Return Label:
    • We will provide you with a Royal Mail return label via email.
  3. Drop Off:
    • Take your parcel to your local post office using the Royal Mail return label provided.
  4. Proof of Postage:
    • Retain your return receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.

Note: A £6.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the Royal Mail returns label.


3. Important Information

  1. Returns in Transit:
    • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Customers are advised to retain proof of postage and tracking information until the return is processed and confirmed via email.

4. Sale and Outlet Items

  1. Sale Items:
    • Items on 50% or more OFF are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a refund.
  2. Outlet Items:
    • Outlet items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds.
    • Exchanges for another outlet product are permitted, but the customer will be responsible for postage costs.
    • Returned items must still meet our return conditions, including intact labels, no stains, and no odours.
    • Customers are responsible for postage costs when returning outlet products to us. Please ensure return packages are adequately insured and traceable, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Refunds

  1. Return Processing:
    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm its receipt via email within 2 business days of receipt.
  2. Refund Approval:
    • If the return meets our policy criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. It may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear in your account.
  3. Return Rejections:
    • If the return does not meet our criteria, we will email you the reason for the rejection and return the item at your cost.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  1. Gift cards
  2. Underwear
  3. Bodysuits
  4. Jewellery
  5. Products sold in the Outlet or Clearance collections
  6. Garments without hang tags or original packaging
  7. Garments with stains or odours
  8. Used or washed garments
  9. Items damaged due to wear and tear

7. Additional Information

  1. Pre-Dispatch Inspection:
    • All products are inspected for defects before dispatch. We do not send defective products; therefore, we will reject returns not in the same condition as dispatched.
  2. Shipping Costs:
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
