• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, with tags attached
• Orders with up to 20% promotional savings are eligible for a full refund
• Orders discounted by 40% or more are eligible for store credit only
• Outlet Collection items are final sale
• UK customers receive a return label (£6.95 deducted from refund)
• International customers receive an authorisation number and return instructions

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All labels and hang tags must remain attached
• Items must be free from makeup, marks, tanning products, damage, or odour
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Items must arrive back within 14 days of delivery
Returns outside this timeframe may be declined and returned to you.

• You will receive a Royal Mail return label once approved
• Drop your parcel at your local Post Office
• A £6.95 label fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit

• You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number
• The RMA must be clearly written on the parcel
• Customers cover return shipping costs
• We strongly recommend a tracked service
We cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

• Items with a total discount of 40% or more are eligible for store credit only

All returns must still meet our standard return conditions.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 10–14 business days
• Banks may take additional time to display funds
If items do not meet policy conditions, they may be rejected and returned to you.
Items not reclaimed within 2 months may be disposed of.
We cannot accept returns on:
• Gift cards
• Underwear
• Bodysuits
• Jewellery or pierced earrings
• Outlet or clearance items
• Items without tags or packaging
• Items showing wear, washing, stains, or odour
• Customers must ensure returns arrive safely
• Please package items securely
• Keep tracking until the return is completed
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
Include your order number and photos.
We will arrange a replacement, or refund where appropriate.
