UK Orders: All UK orders will be shipped with Royal Mail and you can track your order on Royal Mail website: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#
Custom orders or items with longer processing times will be clearly indicated in the product description.
4. International Shipping

In some cases the courier services will charge us for the return and we will deduct the shipping cost and any other cost incurred from the refund due.

6. Returned, Missing, Damaged & Lost & Stolen Items
a. Undelivered Order Returned by Shipping Company:
If for any reason your item is not delivered (i.e., due to an invalid address provided) and is returned back to us by the shipping company, you will be issued a STORE CREDIT for the purchase price of the item(s) (minus shipping cost, where we have paid the shipping). We will also deduct the shipping cost charged to return the order back to us. So, please carefully check that your shipping address is correct. You will be required to cover the cost of shipping, if you request your product to be reshipped.
b. Missing parts:
In the rare event that your order arrives with missing parts, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution.
c. Damaged Item:
Where your parcel is damaged or lost whilst in transit for delivery, we will not be responsible for the lost or damaged parcel. However, we can assist in providing information to support your claim with the courier services.
d. Lost & Stolen Items:
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen package once our shipping couriers have marked your package as delivered.

Please note that shipping services may be affected by UK bank holidays and weekends, which could lead to extended delivery times.
